**Licensing and Provenance**

The files individually listed in the singular file type tabs of the enclosed spreadsheet were collected between January - July 2013.  They were predominantly collected from the public Internet.  Licensing and permission to use/redistribute was ascertained and is listed in the spreadsheet.  Respective licenses are included in the 'License' folder with filenames matching the license name.  This set constitutes 21 file types, including:
